Website Use

This website provides general information and a private screening. Screening results are informational. They are not a diagnosis and are not a determination of treatment eligibility.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Pathtohope Wellness and Behavioral Health LLC offers two text messaging programs. The transactional program sends appointment reminders, care updates, and account notifications. The marketing program sends promotions and offers.

Consent to either program is optional and is not a condition of submitting our contact form.

Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. For help, reply HELP, call (432) 770-3341, or email pathtohope.bh@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Telehealth Notice

Services are available only to patients located in Texas. Care decisions are made by a licensed clinician based on individual evaluation and eligibility. A consultation or screening does not guarantee a prescription.

No Emergency Services

This website and its messaging programs are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

Changes and Availability

We may update these terms or change the availability of services at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
